I look forward to hearing from you once you've had an opportunity to review my current information and decide what is the best way to resolve this issue. As you can see this made my entire system unusable. UPDATE OS X EL CAPITAN 10.11.6 TO VERSION 10.12.1 FOR MACIt should be noted that when one or both external hard drives were connected to a USB port with NTFS For Mac enabled, system crashes occurred at intervals of 15 minutes to half an hour after each recovery from a previous crash. Below is a copy of my latest system crash report. At this point I have the external hard drives connected to the USB ports with NTFS For Mac disabled and have not experienced any system crashes. One factor that I can verify without a doubt - as soon as NTFS For Mac is disabled through System Preferences, the system crashes stop. UPDATE OS X EL CAPITAN 10.11.6 TO VERSION 10.12.1 UPGRADEI’ve conducted several tests using two different brand 1TB external hard drives connected to two different side-by-side USB ports (which, by the way caused no problems whatsoever until my recent upgrade to Paragon NTFS For Mac Version 14.2.359. It’s taken awhile to track down the cause of these crashes but I finally found what appears to be the culprit - Paragon’s NTFS For Mac Version 14.2.359. I’ve been experiencing a somewhat regular series of system crash events for the past few months. Software Application: Paragon NTFS For Mac Version 14.2.359 UPDATE OS X EL CAPITAN 10.11.6 TO VERSION 10.12.1 MAC OS XOperating System: Mac OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6 ![]() The most common reasons are the use of ill-conceived non-Apple "anti-virus" junk that should never be installed on any Mac to begin with.Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX 2048 MB If your Mac cannot connect to the App Store, another problem exists for which more information will be required. UPDATE OS X EL CAPITAN 10.11.6 TO VERSION 10.12.1 INSTALLFind the icon labeled Install macOS Sierra and tap it. The easiest way to find the installer app so that you can launch it might be to use Launchpad: macOS Sierra: Use Launchpad to view and open apps. To install Sierra you have to launch its installer app. As of this data the only available installer will provide macOS 10.12.4. Mac app store does not show Sierra 10.12.0 as well. The app will be deposited in your Mac's Applications folder. Downloading is not the same as installing. Once the download is complete, the downloaded file will be a launchable app - not a package or disk image file. The reason is that there will not be one, so don't bother looking for it. ![]() I can not find anywhere a PKG file of Sierra 10.12.0. ![]()
